Did you know...You can
print custom mailing labels directly from BytePro? You can! And just in
time for your holiday mailers too.
Go to Customize>>Custom Marketing
Mailers>>and select the fields you wish to choose! Check out
Marketing Mailers & Emailers in the BytePro User Guide for
step-by-step instructions.
Submitting a file to Fannie Mae
with joint borrowers? On page 2 of the 1003, section 6, make
sure you have "jointly" selected to avoid having two separate
applications created.

Software Development Kit (SDK, BytePro Enterprise
only)
This programming package enables Byte customers and third party
vendors to develop custom applications. Some capabilities include:
- Import and export data using industry formats including Fannie Mae
and MISMO.
- Create custom add-ins that integrate directly into BytePro.
- Write custom stand alone applications that require no user
interaction.
- Design interfaces that allow users to send data to their third
party systems.

Management Reports
- Create graphs, pie charts, line graphs, columns and bar charts or
choose from preloaded graphs already in the program.
- Merge data into your existing Excel file when exporting from
BytePro. Your formulas will be saved and used automatically by
Byte.
- Pull loan detail reports on alerts, conversation and processing log
entries.
- Report on ARM adjustments and recasts, balloon due dates, and
prepayment penalty expiration dates.

To access e-PMI:
- Select the loan from Byte.
- Select the e-PMI Icon from the displayed Mortgage Insurance
“Providers” window.
- Click the “Submit to e-PMI” button.
- Sign on to e-PMI to complete your MI request!
