BytePro Standard version 4.2 was released on April 30, 2010. It includes the following changes:

BytePro Enterprise

BytePro Enterprise version 4.2 Update 1 was released on June 8, 2010. It contains several fixes - contact Byte Software technical support for details.

BytePro Enterprise version 4.2 was released in conjunction with BytePro Standard version 4.2 on April 30, 2010. It contains the same changes as those in BytePro Standard 4.2, plus these additional enhancements:

  • Added ability to track license numbers by state for each loan officer and organization.
  • Added a "Sandbox Mode" allowing users to open files and edit them without their changes being saved.
  • Added new Object Permission categories so that permissions can be applied to all closing costs or all prepaid items.

BytePro Loan Modification Edition version 4.2 was released on May 14, 2010. It includes the following changes: 

  • Added support for FHA - HAMP
  • Updated the Interest Rate Cap to match the PMMS rate

Download Byte Classic 6.1 (approx 45 MB).

Version 6.1 of Byte Classic was released May 7, 2010. It includes the following changes:

  • Updated the 1003 -- required for loans applications taken on or after July 1, 2010
  • Updated the Fannie Mae interface
  • Updated the HMDA export file
