System Requirements

System requirements for each edition of BytePro are listed below.

BytePro Standard

System Requirements for BytePro Standard:

  • Windows 98, Windows ME, Windows 2000 or Windows XP, Windows Vista (Windows 2000 or higher recommended)
  • Pentium III 400MHZ
  • 800 x 600 monitor resolution (1024 x 768 recommended)
  • 128 MB RAM (256 MB recommended)

 

BytePro Enterprise

The BytePro Enterprise system is composed of two parts: a central server that hosts the SQL Server database, and any number of client PCs that access the database. System requirements for both the server and client computers are listed below.

BytePro Enterprise Server Requirements

  • Microsoft SQL Server 2000® SP3 (SP4 recommended), SQL Server 2005® or SQL Server 2005 Express®
  • Server requirements vary considerably based on the version of SQL Server and the operating system. See the Microsoft website for SQL Server 2000 or SQL Server 2005 specifications. You may also contact us for more information.

BytePro Enterprise Client PC Requirements
