Uniform Loan Delivery Dataset (ULDD) - July 23, 2012

The ULDD is used by mortgage bankers, banks and credit unions that sell loans directly to Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac.

Additional information is available from Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.

Support for the ULDD is included in currently released versions 6.0 and higher of BytePro Enterprise and BytePro Online.

FHA Annual and Upfront Mortgage Insurance Premium Updates - April 9 and June 11, 2012
