When you contact technical support, please have your Byte user number ready. You can locate your user number by clicking on Help>> About within your Byte Software product.
One year of technical support and product updates are included with the initial purchase of any Byte Software product. After the first year you must purchase an annual support subscription to receive technical support or software updates. Check your support expiration date by clicking on Help >> Technical Support within your Byte Software product. If your support is expired you may purchase an annual support subscription by contacting Byte Software Sales at 800.695.1008.
