Download BytePro Standard 4.1 Update 1 Full Installation (approx. 61 MB).

BytePro Standard version 4.1 Update 1 was released January 26, 2010. It includes the following changes:

  • Added the 2010 HUD-1A.
  • Added UFMIP changes for FHA loans with case numbers assigned on or after April 5, 2010.
  • Added support for closing docs MISMO version 2.6, compliant with 2010 RESPA changes.
  • Added a Notice of Intent to Proceed form.

The initial release of BytePro Standard version 4.1  was released on November 30, 2009. It includes the following changes:

  • Added the new GFE and HUD-1 forms required for loans originated on or after January 1, 2010.   
  • Added tracking for Higher Priced Mortgage Loans.
  • Updated the 1008 as required by Fannie Mae effective January 1, 2010.
  • Updated the maximum loan amount calculation for FHA streamlined refinances.

BytePro Enterprise

BytePro Enterprise version 4.1 Update 1 was released in conjunction with BytePro Standard version 4.1 Update 1 on January 26, 2010. It contains the same changes as those in BytePro Standard 4.1 Update 1.

BytePro Loan Modification Edition

BytePro Loan Modification Edition version 4.1 Update 1 was released with additional changes on February 22, 2010.  The prior version 4.1 Update 1 release was on January 26, 2010. 

The February 22 release includes these changes:

  • Added the 'Request for Modification Affidavit' (RMA) custom Word document. 
  • Added two Trial Period Plan Notice custom Word documents, one for stated and one for verified income.  The new documents must be in use March 1, 2010.
  • Corrected Loan Setup Report errors encountered while submitting to LPS.

The January 26 release included these changes:

  • Added HMP 'HMDA Reporting' file.
  • Updated Submission Status selections.
  • Revised Escrow Payment to exclude mortgage insurance.
  • Revised Monthly Payment Amount to include escrow shortage.

The BytePro Loan Modification Edition version 4.1 Initial Release  included the ability to report loans to LPS via an XML file upload.

Byte Classic

Download Byte Classic 6.003 (approx 45 MB).

Version 6.003 of Byte Classic was released February 24, 2010.  It contains both updates and fixes, see the Byte Classic 6.003 release notes for more information.

Version 6.003 of Byte Classic includes the following changes:

  • Updated the FHA UFMIP calculation for compliance with rate changes effective April 4, 2010.  
  • Revised the IRS 4506-T form.
