BytePro 4.0 Beta

A fully supported beta version of BytePro 4.0 is available for download. This version is suitable for general use by production staff.

BytePro Standard

Download BytePro Standard 3.1 Update 3 Full Installation (approx. 59 MB).

BytePro Standard version 3.1 Update 3 was released April 2009. It includes:

  • The revised VA Loan Summary (26-0286) which is required beginning May 1, 2009.  
  • New maximum LTV of 85% for FHA cash out refinance loans. The changes are effective April 1, 2009.
  • Changes to the FHA/VA Loan Addendum (HUD 92900-A).

BytePro Enterprise

BytePro Enterprise version 3.1 Update 3 was released in conjunction with BytePro Standard version 3.1 Update 3 April 2009. It contains the same changes as those in BytePro Standard version 3.1 Update 3.

Byte Classic

Download Byte Classic 5.801 (approx 49 MB).

Version 5.801 of Byte Classic was released late April 2009.  It includes:

  • The revised VA Loan Summary (26-0286) which is required beginning May 1, 2009. 
  • New maximum LTV of 85% for FHA cash out refinance loans. The changes are effective April 1, 2009.
  • Changes to the FHA/VA Loan Addendum (HUD 92900-A).
  • Removal of loan details from the Request for Appraisal form.
