  • Updated the software to be compatible with Windows Vista.

  • Added an interface to CBCInnovis ID Cross Check. ID Cross Check is a borrower authentication service from CBCInnovis that can help to detect fraud. (Communications >> Credit).

  • Added the ability to print the loan officer's license number on the 1003 and comparison.
    • To enter the license number on an existing file: select Borrower from the menu bar at the top of the screen, then select Parties. Enter the license number in the "License No" field under the Loan Officer heading.
    • To have the license number populated automatically on new files: enter your name as a loan officer in the cardex, and make sure your license number is entered in the "License #/UW#" field. When you create a new file, select your name in the Loan Officer Name drop-down list on the New File screen. Your license number will be automatically copied into the file along with your name.
    • To have the license number print on the 1003: go to Customize / Utilities >> Default Printing. In the 1003 section, check the box labeled "Page 3 - Print Loan Officer License Number."
    • To have the license number print on the Comparison: go to Customize / Utilities >> Default Printing. In the Sales Tools section, check the box labeled "Print Loan Officer License Number on Loan Comparison."
  • Added an interface to Bank of America. (Communications >> Lenders).

  • Updated the ClickLoan interface. (Communications >> Lenders).

  • Added the following credit interfaces:
    • CIS Information Services (Communications >> Credit)
    • SARMA (Communications >> Credit >> Other Credit)
    • NCO Credit Services (Communications >> Credit >> Other Credit)

  • Added the following closing documents interfaces (Communications >> Closing Docs):
    • DocMagic
    • IDS
    • DocuTech ConformX
    • PeirsonPatterson

  • Updated the HUD1 and HUD1A closing documents to more closely match the HUD model forms. (HUD1 / Closing Docs).

  • Updated the Massachusetts Mortgage Broker Disclosure. (Disclosures >> MA - Broker Disclosures).
  • Updated the PDF printing feature.
