Release Notes - 5.901

• Enhanced the TIL by adding the words "No Obligation: " before the statement "You are not required to complete this agreement ...". A line was also added below the statement to add emphasis.
• Corrected an issue line 12(b) "term of monthly premium" on the HUD 92900. Both page 1 and page 3 of the printed form now correctly display the term of the monthly premium.

• Updated the Truth in Lending Disclosure (TIL) by adding the following sentence: "'You are not required to complete this agreement merely because you have received these disclosures or signed a loan application." The updated TIL is required starting July 30, 2009.
