Release Notes - BytePro 1.1

Added Import from Calyx® Point®. BytePro can now import loan files and contacts from Calyx Point. On the BytePro menu bar go to Tools >> Import Point Data.

Added the ability to quickly switch between the first and second loans when doing a piggyback loan. A button on the overview pane (on the right hand side) now allows you to switch between the first and second loans without having to return to the "GFE Part 1 - Loan Programs" screen.

Added the Spanish 1003. The Spanish version of the 1003 can now by printed. On the print screen select the General Forms category. The Spanish 1003 is near the bottom of the alphabetized list.

Added Zip Code tables. BytePro now remembers the previous Zip Codes that you have entered, so that when you type in the Zip Code the program automatically fills in the city, state and county. Click the assist button next to any Zip Code field to add a new Zip Code to the memorized list.

Added MISMO 2.3 Export. BytePro can now export the loan data in the MIMSO 2.3 file format. On the BytePro menu bar go to Interfaces >> Lenders >> Export MISMO 2.3 File.

Added a command line to the X12 credit templates. The command line allows BytePro to start your credit vendor's software after the X12 credit file has been created. Contact your credit vendor for details on how to use this feature.

Added the ability to edit the Florida Equal Credit form.

Added the ability to rearrange the order of the closing costs default sets.

Added seller paid field for line 1008. The aggregate escrow amount (line 1008) can now be credited to the seller.

Added interviewer's information to the edit screen for page 3 of the 1003. The interviewer's information is still tied to the loan officer fields - this change simply allows you to edit the information directly on the 1003.

Interim interest days can now be negative. Negative values now subtract from the total prepaids amount.

Improved the speed of the cardex. A large number of entries in the cardex no longer causes a delay on the cardex screen.

Enhanced the "Living Rent Free" option. If you select Living Rent Free as the living status on page 1 of the 1003, the printed 1003 now checks the Rent box with a note underneath saying "(Living Rent Free)".

Updated the California MLDS. The other liens section on the MLDS now automatically includes the new lien on the subject property.

Fixed problem with notes being partially printed. The notes entered on the notes screen (Goto >> Tracking >> Notes) are now completely printed.

Enhanced the Equifax interface. Now allows you to upgrade a single bureau report to a tri-merge. Select "Upgrade Existing Rpt" for the Request Type.
