  • Added the HUD1 and HUD1A settlement forms.
  • Added LFI closing docs, an optional features which allow you to generate closing packages without paying per-loan fees. Contact Byte Sales at 800.695.1008 for details.
  • Added the New York Pre-Application disclosure. Look for an update soon containing the New York Loan Log.
  • Added the ability to include the 4506T and Self Employed Income Analysis in print sets.
  • Added the ability to import print sets from Byte Classic to BytePro.
  • Added the ability for an administrator to prevent users from adding or removing data folders. On the login screen click "Setup Data Folders and Users", then on the "Manage Data Folders" screen click the link labeled "Click here to password protect this screen".
  • Updated the Borrower's Certification and Authorization form to allow all text to be modified. Select Defaults >> Borrower's Cert and Auth.
  • Added the ability to write over individual liabilities when importing from a credit report.
  • Added wording to the 1003 to explain the retained (RT) status on REOs.
  • Added the ability to print through Adobe Acrobat instead of through the built in print mechanism.
    Use this option if you experience problems printing to certain printers, especially in Windows 98. To turn on this setting go to Defaults >> Printing >> Use Adobe to Print All Documents.
  • Fixed Windows Handle Exception on Windows 98 and Windows ME (depending on your hardware configuration you may still experience this problem).
