BytePro Standard

Download BytePro Standard 3.0 Full Installation (approx. 59 MB).

BytePro Standard version 3.0 was released in July 2008. It includes

  • Support for FHA risk based premiums.
  • The new FHA 92900-LT and revised FHA 92900-A (required on October 1, 2008).
  • The revised 1008 Transmittal (required by Fannie on Sept 1, 2008 and required by Freddie on October 17, 2008).
  • A new dashboard, providing instant access to the reports and web sites you use most.
  • An updated open house flyer with support for additional pictures.

BytePro Enterprise

BytePro Enterprise version 3.0 was released in conjunction with BytePro Standard version 3.0 in July 2008. In addition to the features in BytePro Standard 3.0, BytePro Enterprise 3.0 includes:

  • Enhanced validation rules that can be run before a user prints a document or leaves a screen.
  • Support for ClickOnce deployment, significantly reducing the effort involved in deploying new versions to large organizations.
  • New tools for transferring data from one BytePro Enterprise database to another.

Byte Classic

Download Byte Classic 5.700 (approx 32 MB).

Version 5.700 of Byte Classic was released September 2008.  It includes the addition of the new FHA 92900-LT form and the revised FHA 92900-A form (both required on October 1, 2008).  Also included are new FHA MIP calculations that include both risk based premiums and the flat rate premiums in effect after 10/1/2008, and the maximum loan calculations that take effect 1/1/2009.
