BytePro Enterprise and BytePro Standard

BytePro version 6.0 was released on December 14, 2011. Version 6.0 contains the following changes:

  • Tasks: Added a tasks feature that can be used to track to-do items on files.
  • Text Messaging: Added support for sending text messages to borrowers and other parties.
  • ULDD: Added the ability to create the Uniform Loan Delivery Dataset file required for delivery of loans to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac on or after July 23, 2012. BytePro Standard customers, please contact Byte Software support for information about how to access the ULDD functionality.
  • RegulatorConnect: Added the ability to create the RegulatorConnect LEF file required by some state regulators.
  • Emailing: Added the ablity to email directly from BytePro through many common Internet email providers such as Gmail, Hotmail and AOL.

BytePro Loan Modification Edition

Version 6.0 was released on December 20, 2011.  It contains the following changes:

  • Added revised Request for Mortgage Assistance (RMA)
  • Added revised Modification Cover Letter
  • Added field 'We service a second mortgage on the property' needed for revised Modification Cover Letter.
