How do I submit a file to IndyMac?

Byte can submit files directly to IndyMac Bank QuickPricer and e-MITS. IndyMac also accepts Byte files through the ‘Import from LOS’ option, using Clickloan.

Submitting files directly to IndyMac

Open the file to be submitted to IndyMac. From the Main Menu of Byte click Communications. Double-click Lenders. Double-click IndyMac. (If you don’t see the IndyMac icon, click Update List of Interfaces to download.)

 

Choose the Pricing option in Additional Info and click Submit.

If there are any errors in the file you will be prompted to fix the errors. Click Close & Fix Errors. (Click Close & Do Not Fix Errors to cancel this submission.) A new browser window will open with the majority of the loan information populated into e-MITS or QuickPricer.


Complete required fields and click Submit to e-MITS.

Click Summary to validate the file on the IndyMac website and check for missing information.

Once all information is complete click Submit Loan to finish submission.

Submitting Files using the Byte Import from LOS
In Byte

Open the file to be submitted to IndyMac. From the Main Menu of Byte click Communications. Double-click Lenders. Double-click Clickloan. (If you don’t see the Clickloan icon, click Update List of Interfaces to download.)

Click Submit.

If there are any errors in the file you will be prompted to fix the errors. Click Close & Fix Errors. (Click Close & Do Not Fix Errors to cancel this submission.) When upload is complete you will get a message saying “Your Clickloan Upload was Accepted.”

On the IndyMac website

In e-MITS or QuickPricer click Enter New Loan.

Select Import from Byte and click Next.

Highlight your loan in the list and click Submit.
