I process for more than one company. How can I add additional company names to my software?
Additional company names must be processed through the Byte administrative department.
Your annual maintenance payment must be current to add additional company names to your Byte software.
There may be an administrative fee for adding additional company names; you will need to contact Byte Sales for more information.
Contacting Byte Sales:
Have your Byte user number ready. This is how we identify your unique account.
Locating your user number:
- Open Byte.
- Click Help at the top of the screen, then About Byte.
- Your user number will be on the left side of the screen.
Dial Toll Free 1-800-695-1008.
After arrangements with sales have been made, you can print the additional company name form and fax it to the Byte Sales department.
Filling out the additional company name form:
- Click here to download the additional company name form in Adobe Acrobat format. (If you do not have the free Adobe Acrobat Reader please go to www.adobe.com)
- Click File at the top, and Print.
- Complete the form. Remember to include your Byte user number.
- Fax the additional company name form to the fax number at the bottom of the form.
