I shouldn't have any monthly payments in my loan, but they are showing up on the 1008. What do I do?

  1. Open the loan file you are having trouble with.
  2. Go to the Main Menu, click Good Faith/Compliance on the left, click Borrower Info in the center section, then click Edit Borrower Info on the right.
  3. Locate the Monthly Payments field at the bottom on the right. Click in that field and delete the contents.
  4. Recheck the ratios.
