My 1003 is not displaying the section for employment. What is wrong?
You have probably inadvertently selected one of our reverse mortgage loan programs. The HECM and Homekeeper monthly arms are both reverse mortgage programs. Reverse mortgages are for retired seniors who would not be employed.
Reselecting your monthly arm:
- Open the Byte loan file that is not displaying the employment section.
- Go to the main menu.
- Click Good Faith/Compliance on the left, click Loan Programs in the center section, then click Edit on the right.
- Click on the down arrow to the right of the loan program field on the left.
- Choose a loan program other than Monthly Arm - Homekeeper, Monthly Arm HECM, or 1 yr arm HECM. Choose monthly arm for a conventional monthly arm loan program.
- Recheck the employment section on the 1003.
