My number fields are rounding to the nearest whole number. I want them to display the decimal places. What do I do?

1. Go to the Main Menu.
2. Click on Management Reports on the left side, then Create Your Own Management Report in the center section, and then Create on the right.
3. Highlight the report and click Edit on the right.
4. To highlight the field that is not rounding properly, click on it one time. Click Edit Field on the left.
5. Click on the down arrow on decimal places to change the number of places displayed.
6. Click OK to save changes.

Note: Don't forget to click OK (not Cancel) on your report screen when you exit it, to save the changes to your report.
