When I try to delete a mortgage liability, it says "this record is blank". How do I get rid of that mortgage?

Click the assist button (asterisk) to the right of "type" in the liability and type a fake address, like "123 temp". Click OK, and try again to delete the liability. Say "yes" to deleting the property.
