Where is the verification of identification to comply with the Patriot Act?
The Verification of Identification information can either be printed with the 1003 Application Page 4, or a separate Verification of Identification can be printed.
To print the information on page 4:
- Click Loan App / Processing, 1003 Application Page 4.
- Select Print Verification of Identification information on page 4.

This setting applies to all loan files, not just the current one.
To print the Verification of Identification:
- Click Loan App / Processing, Verification
of Identification, Print.
