We have several Word documents in the Byte Word Docs folder that we will need in BytePro.

BytePro imports only Byte custom Word docs - Word docs set up through Byte Mail Merge as mail merge reports. If you have Word docs from the Byte WordDocs folder you wish to import that do not appear in the Byte Report list, you have two options. You can:

• Set up the Word docs in Byte as mail merge reports, and then import them into BytePro. Follow the steps in the Byte Help >> Mail Merge topic, browsing to the existing Word document instead of creating a new one when prompted. 
• Or, you can copy those Word documents to the Word Docs subfolder in the appropriate BytePro data folder, then use the BytePro Help >> Mail Merge topic to help you add those documents as BytePro mail merge reports. See the next question for more direction on this option.
