How do we import template files?

See the How do I import loan files FAQ for the basics on importing your Byte loan files.

Select the Byte template files for import along with your other loan files. Back on the Files List screen in BytePro, select the Byte template files by holding down the ctrl key on your keyboard as you click each template file. With all template files selected, click Move to Folder (above), and choose the Template subfolder from the Sub folder drop down list on the popup screen.

Click OK to transfer the files.

You can double-check the transfer by choosing Templates from the Sub folder drop down list on the left (don’t forget to switch back to Active Files when your check is complete).
