You can just choose the default user account (DEFAULT user name) and
click OK to go into BytePro. But, if you take a minute to add yourself
to BytePro as a new user, your personal information will print on your
loan documents where applicable, and your new loan files will be in
your name.
- On the Log In screen, click 'Setup Data Folders and Users'.
- Double-click 'My Documents\BytePro' in the Data Folders table.
- Double-click an empty line in the Users table, and click 'Yes' to
add a new user.
- Enter something short and sweet in the 'UserName' field. This will
be your login name, and will also identify your files. For example,
Robert Hartfield might enter RHarfield for a user name, or Bob, or his
initials, RFH.
- Choose the role, loan officer etc., that describes your job
best.
- Enter the rest of the information to print on your documents, and
click OK.
- Ignore Permissions for now, and then click Close.
- Click OK again, then click Close.
- Choose your new log in name from the drop-down list and click OK.
You're in.
