We copied some Word docs directly into the BytePro/Word Docs folder, but they aren’t showing up in the Available to Print list. What do we do?
BytePro interfaces only with Word documents that have been set up as BytePro mail merge reports. The process of adding existing documents as new mail merge reports is not terribly difficult - use the BytePro Help >> Mail Merge >> Custom Disclosures topic to set up those Word docs one-by-one.
