We want to import our archived Byte files. How do we do that?

See the How do I import loan files FAQ for the basic loan import procedure. You will need to modify those steps in two ways when importing archived loans. 
  1. On the List of Files screen, choose the desired data folder from the Folder drop down (on the left), and then the Closed Files subfolder from the Subfolder drop down list. To create additional archive subfolders, use My Computer or My Network Places to browse to the data folder, open it, open the Files folder, and click File >> New >> Folder to create a new Files archive subfolder (ex. name, archive2002). Back in BytePro, choose the new archive subfolder from the Sub folder drop down list before importing.
  2. On step 2 of the Import Wizard, ‘Choose a Byte loans database ..’ browse to the archive database or click the Byte database down arrow to choose the archive file from the drop down list.
