On-Site Training

Byte Software offers on-site training customized to your company's specific needs. Most classes are a full day and may include the following topics:

• Fundamentals: setting up defaults, user permissions, closing costs, print sets, alerts and templates.
• Good Faith Estimates: preparing multiple GFEs, 1st and 2nd loans (piggybacks), and interest only ARMS.
• Sales Tools: generating prequalifications, loan comparison worksheets, open house flyers and debt consolidation worksheets.
• Reports: creating customized reports for leads, ARM adjustments, prepayment loans and high interest rate loans. Also covers creating pipeline reports, tracking reports, charts and graphs.
• Letters: creating mailing campaigns, flyers, labels and birthday cards.

Training is conducted by Don Peterson, whose background includes several years as a loan originator and over 15 years with Byte Software.
